Susie

As our long-standing Practice Manager, Susie is the warm and welcoming heart of our dental team. With her caring nature and exceptional organisational skills, she ensures every patient feels supported from the moment they walk through our doors. 

A vital part of our management team, Susie works closely alongside Karthik, our Principal Dentist and owner, to keep the practice running smoothly, efficiently, and always with patients’ best interests at the centre of every decision. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine compassion make her an irreplaceable cornerstone of our daily operations. 

Having been with us for many years, Susie knows our patients, our team, and our values inside out. Whether she’s helping patients navigate their treatment plans, supporting our clinicians, or coordinating behind the scenes, she brings a calm, friendly presence that we all rely on—and deeply appreciate. 

Outside of the practice, Susie is a talented artist, channelling the same care, creativity, and attention to detail into her artwork as she does into her role here. 

Quite simply, we wouldn’t be the same without her.
